Hi, I’m John. As a husband, father of two, and full-time professional in my 50s, I understand the challenge of staying strong and active when time is limited. Like many people, I’ve seen the changes that come with age — slower recovery, creaky joints, and the fear of losing strength.
But I’ve also experienced the benefits of smart strength training, yoga, and staying active. With nearly 30 years’ experience teaching, and a lifelong passion for health and movement, I created StrongStill to share practical, no-nonsense advice that works for real people like us. StrongStill exists to provide practical, straightforward advice that truly delivers results.
